For any returns, please send the product(s) back to our return address (which is written on your invoice), within 14 days.

We recommend using www.interparcel.com, who will collect the parcel from you.

IMPORTANT:

  • You must include your invoice in the box, with a note written on it explaining if you would like a return for a refund, or an exchange.

  • All product packaging must be included, and product must be packed inside the box how it was sent (this is to ensure they are not damaged or deformed in transit).

  • Products must not show signs of outside use or any treatment which has permanently marked or damaged the product.

  • You are responsible for all aspects of the product until we receive it.
Failure to adhere to the above can result in a refund being only partially granted, or in more extreme cases (eg. unrepairable damage), refused.


Exchanges

Exchanged products are sent after we receive the unwanted product from yourself.

For mainland UK: The first two return deliveries from us to you are free. Further deliveries are charged at £5 each.

For the rest of the world: Deliveries from us to you are charged at the going rate, please see delivery charges section for current pricing (for a rough guide: if you ordered one pair of boots and are returning the same pair of boots, the price you paid for delivery will be the price you would have to pay to have a different pair sent back.
