How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept only the following methods of payment:
Credit or debit cards:
- Visa
- Visa Debit
- Visa Electron
- MasterCard
- Solo
If you do not wish to pay by card, you can pay with PayPal.
How are my payment details protected?
What currency are your prices in?
As a UK company, all of our products are listed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
If you are ordering with a different currency, your card will be charged the amount in GBP which will be converted back into your local currency by your bank, at the current exchange rate.
In the top right of the site you can choose your currency and it will convert the prices displayed on the site to your currency at the current exchange rate. This tool is meant as a rough guide only. Your card issuer may be able to help you with more information as to their charges and the cost of the purchase.
How much tax will I have to pay?
Based on delivery address:
- UK: 20% VAT is added
- Europe: 20% VAT is added, however for businesses who can provide a VAT registration number, no VAT is added.
- Other countries: No VAT is added
When will I be charged for my order?
For credit / debit card purchases, we will charge the appropriate money when the items have been picked. The order amount will be authorized from your card when you place the order, but not physically taken until the goods are confirmed to be in stock, and reserved for packing.
My shoes are out of stock, do I get a refund?
As we only take payment when the goods are picked, if you pay by debit / credit card, you will not need a refund for items that are unavailable.
If you have paid by PayPal, you will be refunded using PayPals' standard refund service.
If necessary, we can refund your order by posting a cheque, or sending the money via PayPal. Please note that this method will cause you to be charged PayPals' current transfer fee (this does not apply if you have paid by PayPal).
How do I cancel / change my order?
To cancel or change orders please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will endeavour to cancel your order as requested, this may not always be possible as the item may have already been despatched in which case you would have to send the items back to us for a refund.
Who will deliver my parcel?
For mainland UK: Interlink Express next working day.
For non-mainland UK (eg Ireland): Interlink Express two working days.
For overseas orders we use various different couriers, but most are sent by UPS International Express 2-5 working day delivery, booked through Interparcel.

How long will my delivery take?
For UK orders, please allow 1-3 working days. Orders outside the UK, please allow 3-7 business days.
Will I be given a tracking number for my delivery?
All international orders come with a tracking number. For the UK, tracking numbers are available on request.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you are not in when the goods are delivered, the driver will leave a card through your door, which you can use to re-schedule your delivery with the courier company. You can also ask us to write a note on to the parcel when you go through the checkout, such as: "If not in, please deliver to no.22".
Do you deliver to Russia?
At present we can only deliver to Russia with a maximum order value of GBP £200 and only to a business address (no home addresses).
