Core principle
Since the brand was born in 1965, Grinders’ core principle has always been a fusion between quality and style, and we believe that both are necessary in order to produce a satisfying product to own and wear.
Comfort, design and durability
We like to make boots which people always turn to when they’re looking for comfort and good practical design. We listen to our customers and have made changes to our range based on customer feedback. Some examples of this are when we made the soles on our boots more flexible and at the same time increased their gripping quality, and when developing the Rebel boot, making the toe area so it was thin enough to fit under the gear-lever on a bike, but also providing a durable rubber sole and heel to resist wear.

History
Starting with the more classic line of boots, such as the best-selling Biker Wild One and 10 eyelet Stag (pictured), Grinders proved very popular. As Grinders continued to produce footwear of a high standard, they begun to be worn by celebrities, such as members of the bands Take That, Guns and Roses, The Prodidgy, and East 17.
To this day the classic range is still being produced, and is still proving extremely popular. Building on this success, more styles have been added, based on the same core principle of quality and style that Grinders is known for.
Some examples of the styles that Grinders have added, are the Mexican made western boots, such as the Buffalo, and the Harness Hi boots (pictured).
Future
We have many plans for the future, which we are very excited about. We will always stick to our core principle and above all, try and make the people who buy our boots glad that they chose Grinders.
